Best Source of Information about Living Successfully Fruitarian

I get bombarded with "Vegans" wanting me to endorse their version of Human Fueling. I have found it interesting in the sense that every fueling book reflects the limitations of the authors athletic development.

When I speak of development, I see that the body builder types whether Frugan or not in orientation they seem to supplement or eat far in excess of 10% of the calories from protein.

The rest of the none aerobically fit vegans seem to focus on more than 10% of their calories from fats and proteins and believe in "Super Foods". (There is no such thing as "Super Foods", either your foods feed and nourish or they are not human foods and they poison and limit human functionality) 

As a person who has always pursued body weight calisthenics oriented strength training and anaerobic threshold level endurance training I recognized that if a person really wants to be well rounded in fitness including recovery, strength, flexibility, and suppleness, one has to stay within the calorie-nutrient ratios that all other primates thrive within which is 80% of ones calories coming from living carbs, 10% from living proteins or living aminos and 10% of their fat calories from living fats or fatty acids.

 I am going to begin writing my own Ultra LandSurfing Fueling Guide that will come available somewhere in 2013 but until then the best guide to use and implement is still "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Douglas Graham

Why do so many runners feet ache? Could it be B12?

Most think their feet ache because they run. If one runs with bad running form - meaning landing on the heels causing the whole front of the foot to it's own version of a face plant step after step instead of landing on the front of the foot - ball area and allowing the arches to do what an arch is designed to do then yes, there will be hurt.
Eliminating bad form brings the focus back to other seemingly mysterious causes of chronic foot pain. This is the area that usually either sends the runner to his or her MD who quickly turns the visit into an opportunity to justify surgery and or drugs as if you somehow had developed a shortage of drugs and being cut upon...

About 2 yrs ago into my now 5 yrs of barefoot ultra running I was 3 miles into my M-F 15 mile a day menu when I noticed a burning pain iminateing out of the top of my right foot... by the time I got back home after a couple hours of running in a rare Southern California Deluge the right foot felt like a red hot ice pick had been jabbed into the space between my big toe and the next toes "metatarsals" which are like the bones in your hands that connect your fingers to your wrist bones.

I took a few days off from running and even took the bus where ever I needed to go to give my foot some rest. Walking bare or in any kind of sole covering was painful... I consulted with MD's - just as expected they all wanted to drug me, cut me or tell me to put on shoes and get orthotics. Xrays ruled out fractures or breaks. Best they could offer was "inflammation to the nerve sheath that covers the large nerve that runs between the metatarsals of the right foot.

So off to the internet I went.... After browsing a few running forums I was surprised that so many reported the same symptoms and how so many had fallen for the MD's fear tactics and came out regretting the choice and finding those moves made it worse and created other problems. This hardened my commitment to finding an organic solution to the problem.

Then I came across a few sites pointing out the a vitamin B12 deficiency can cause nerve sheath inflammation and even nerve death. I'd heard the warnings about B12 deficiency for decades but knew nothing more than the warnings which made that topic pretty irrelevant.

As the weeks and then months went by and I could not even run 2 blocks without limping I came back to the internet and started researching B12 deficiency symptoms. This lead me to a book on Amazon called "Could it Be B12?"

This book blew the doors off my awareness of what the symptoms of B12 deficiency are and how prevalent the symptoms are with most of the people we know and don't know around us. The author is not vegan or Frugan as I am but her insights from having been an ER Nurse for a long period of time and having a husband that is an MD who has eyes for spotting and questioning things that Big Pharma has programmed doctors to misdiagnose to create drug and surgical customers was priceless.

The 2 things not mentioned in the book was where B12 comes from in nature (and it's not the flesh of other animals) and reliable non medical sources for B12 that don't involve syringes and injections.

B12 actually comes from a bacteria native to most soils that human plant foods naturally grow in. These bacteria are the sole source for this vitamin on planet Earth for us as all other forms of B12 are not recognized by human biology as useful and leaves us testing negative for B12 deficiency in some test while in reality we may be in a life threatening deficiency - and yes, B12 deficiency can be lethal and you will be amazed to realize how many meat eating humans die from this every day after you read the above book.

Because of the FDA, the food growing and processing industry has become obsessed about allowing any soil to remain on any plants grown for human consumption. Along with the degrading effects of factory farming like the spraying of tons of poisons on the plants and the soil that kill off the B12 producing bacteria our foods whether vegan or not are almost devoid of the type of B12 we essentially need to stay healthy and in my case and many of your cases need to maintain healthy nerve sheath function.

I hate needles and once I realized that not only did I show multiple signs of B12 deficiency but most of my family tree, and most of the people I know that seem fitness and health wise unstable or in declining condition.

Modern wheat is a "perfect, chronic poison," according to Dr. William Davis, a cardiologist who has published a book all about the world's most popular grain.

Davis said that the wheat we eat these days isn't the wheat your grandma had: "It's an 18-inch tall plant created by genetic research in the '60s and '70s," he said on "CBS This Morning." "This thing has many new features nobody told you about, such as there's a new protein in this thing called gliadin. It's not gluten. I'm not addressing people with gluten sensitivities and celiac disease. I'm talking about everybody else because everybody else is susceptible to the gliadin protein that is an opiate. This thing binds into the opiate receptors in your brain and in most people stimulates appetite, such that we consume 440 more calories per day, 365 days per year."

Asked if the farming industry could change back to the grain it formerly produced, Davis said it could, but it would not be economically feasible because it yields less per acre. However, Davis said a movement has begun with people turning away from wheat - and dropping substantial weight.

"If three people lost eight pounds, big deal," he said. "But we're seeing hundreds of thousands of people losing 30, 80, 150 pounds. Diabetics become no longer diabetic; people with arthritis having dramatic relief. People losing leg swelling, acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome, depression, and on and on every day."

To avoid these wheat-oriented products, Davis suggests eating "real food," such as avocados, olives, olive oil, meats, and vegetables. "(It's) the stuff that is least likely to have been changed by agribusiness," he said. "Certainly not grains. When I say grains, of course, over 90 percent of all grains we eat will be wheat, it's not barley... or flax. It's going to be wheat.

"It's really a wheat issue."

Some health resources, such as the Mayo Clinic, advocate a more balanced diet that does include wheat. But Davis said on "CTM" they're just offering a poor alternative.

"All that literature says is to replace something bad, white enriched products with something less bad, whole grains, and there's an apparent health benefit - 'Let's eat a whole bunch of less bad things.' So I take...unfiltered cigarettes and replace with Salem filtered cigarettes, you should smoke the Salems. That's the logic of nutrition, it's a deeply flawed logic. What if I take it to the next level, and we say, 'Let's eliminate all grains,' what happens then?

"That's when you see, not improvements in health, that's when you see transformations in health."


Truth is humans were not designed to thrive upon any kind of grains. The fiber are encased in is so hard that even pulverized, is like micro razor blades to the lining of the digestive tract. The kernal is made of combinations of material that we have little to know ability to digest without applying lots of water, pressure and heat.

Internet Marketing: The 21st Century Doorway Beyond The Matrix

In our everyday trudging back and forth from home to work, enduring the work day then trudging back home to hopefully recharge and get up and trudge off again at least 5 days a week or more most of us never give deep thought to what other viable career fields exist within arms reach that we could retool up to do from home successfully.


I Sci-Fi movies we've all seen flicks where parallel universes (The Matrix) exist, usually with the occupants of at least one of them not the slightest aware of the existence of the other. So it is for those of us that have found the door-way so to speak to the "Alternative Universe" in the field of Internet Marketing from Home.

Once I realized that getting paid such a small portion of what I made for any employer was all that was going to show up in my pay check and having to "Stuff my Dreams" as every other month or so got wind that "The Boss" was on yet another vacation to some beautiful, dream like place while I struggled to make the month and the money over lap for myself, my wife and kids living below the poverty line. As I followed the money trail I discovered more and more of them were not some golden chaired executive for XYZ Corp just skimming off the top.

Many of them were "Information Brokers." After all we live in the "Information Age" now do we not?

What do I mean by "Information Brokers?" In the Information Age especially "Online" people who want to or already have businesses on the Internet have constant information needs in regard to how to drive traffic to their websites or offerings. They value their time so automation is of high priority. They, like me want to get paid if at all possible 100% of what they earn to keep their business life simple.

The old adage of "Success Leaves Clues!" Was the ticket to learning how to become the "Information Broker" to the millions upon millions of Internet Business Owners and those just coming into this niche online everyday and being able to collect a literal river of cash for saving them time and money as they search the web for resources they need to set up and automate shop.

What is your Spiritual DNA?

Most don't give thought to this area but the body is held together by an invisible and unmeasurable force called our Will to Live.

We've all seen people who have strong wills to live and their body's, minds and over all energy reflect it. Then there is the other side of the spectrum where a person loses their will to live and no force on this Earth can keep them alive. They just check out....

This brings me to a point.... We all came here spiritually encoded to manifest what is optimal for our own unique unfoldment. An Optimization of the Spirit so to speak. As the title of this post infers the blue print or map is built into our Spiritual DNA. Like a wind through the trees, the wind of our souls never stops blowing through the strands of our actual DNA trying to manifest from the body level up and outwards what we most need to learn for the next level in our evolution and unfoldment. Our quest is to stop listening to all the noise of this world and to start using the world as a parabolic microphone to amplify what our souls are telling us and heed its calling.

Just because your "Going Vegan," Becoming Fitter than You ever have Before, Buying "Cruelty Free" products, Putting your Cash into more Environmentally Sustainable pursuits, completely over looks the fact that we are transitioning to a society where being employed is fast becoming the "Old School" version of "Early American Slavery." Never mind that the job world is hitting a sprint pace towards either outsourcing every job to those who will do the work for far less than your paid right now to do it or software, computers and machines are being created to replace you, your department, and even entire companies!

Your efforts of spending your money more wisely is like someone inside a cage outside screaming you want out and the door is unlocked!
