How to Create a Heart Attack...
I encounter a lot of meat eaters arguing that science has debunked what 80-10-10 Frugan community is saying in regard to how humans metabolic processes are optimized by consuming 80% of our calories from living carbohydrate sources, 10% of our caloric needs from living plant sourced protein or amino acids and the remaining 10% of our caloric needs per day from living plant sourced fats or fatty acids.
The Paleo crowd claims that consuming fat in excess of 10% of total daily caloric needs does not negatively effect the bloods stream or flow... Think again...
